Plan your journey

Choose your starting station and your destination, then the day and time you want to travel. The planner finds the shortest route across the four lines and shows how many stations you pass, the flat fare, any line changes, and an estimated travel and arrival time for that departure.

Ride time

Travel times are estimated from the distance between stations, plus the walk through the connecting passage at each line change and up to one full wait for your first train. The metro is frequency-based, so the actual wait varies. The fare is a single flat fare for any journey.

How journeys across the network work

Each line is a single through route. If your start and finish are on the same line you ride straight through. If they are on different lines, the planner routes you through an interchange and tells you where to change — Tashkent’s interchanges are pairs of separately named stations linked by a connecting passage, so a change means a short walk between platforms. One flat fare covers the whole trip.

Tips for planning your trip

Travel times are estimates — allow a few extra minutes for waiting on the platform.
Off-peak trains are less crowded and easier for longer rides.
One flat fare covers the journey even when it changes line.
Check the metro map to picture where your stations sit.
